Salt Lake City

CourageToFly.jpg
Our last trip that ended in Salt Lake City I got to fly at Point Of The Mountain. That was a lot of fun so I wanted to come back with that being the main intent. It was a short trip and first day seen here on the north side of the mountain was to intimidating for me because of so many pilots in the air. The free flying is still a little new to me so I chickened out. I know I should have flown but I figured there would be another chance.

Being the home of the Mormon Temple we visited the square just for curiousity's sake.

The "real" temple was off limits but we did get to go in this sanctuary.

Of course we had our motors on the motorhome so we had to find a place to fly them.

This is the Saltair facility that has a rich history but now serves as a venue for shows, events and the occasional paramotor pilot. http://www.thesaltair.com/
